Returns and Refunds.

We're committed to selling high-quality products we hope you'll benefit from using, however we offer a returns and refund policy as detailed.
 
Please make sure that you check your items carefully before they are used.
 
If you change your mind within 14 days.
Just return the product, unused, in the original undamaged packaging, in a saleable condition, along with your proof of purchase and we'll give you a refund (excluding the cost of P&P). This does not affect your statutory rights.

If there's a fault with the product.
All of our products go through stringent 100% testings to ensure no faults leave the factory, however in the unlikely event of your product developing a fault, if you've had the product for up to 1 year, we'll repair the product or, if that's not possible, give you a replacement or, if that's not possible, a refund.
